Hope’s Future
Cautiously,
optimistically inspired,
not by Lust,
impulsive Affection sees
transparent Trust.
Hope comes dancing
to the music fair,
strands of which dangle,
like magic on air.
Life full of promise
certain, profound,
glimpses of moments
in Silence are found.
Innocent Hope,
found tranquil in Soul,
envied by others
as prophets foretold.
Remembering fondly
Affection is held
in Hope’s hand
for a while.
The Angels will keep you
she said with a kiss
as she caught sight of Death,
in the mornings gray mist.

Keli,
Praying for your mom… and your strength.
You may know Bill. But I felt led to share his blog with you. It has changed my life. When I get down, I wander through his pages and find comfort somehow and become more grateful for what I have. I used to pray for things and now I wake up and say Thank you Lord for enough. Though life is scary and health and finances always seem to want to shake me at times, I feel that I have found something special in watching Bill’s strength through his writings which by the way is done with a visual computer… all controlled by his eyes!
Loved your beautiful poem!
